Step 1. First step is customer need to give the Mac address of his MAG box to us so we can activate it.  

Step 2. When customer box is on STB Block Screen > press setup button on remote control

Step 3. Then you will be in System settings > Click Servers > Then Click Portals

Step 4. Then Change the Portal 1 URL given by your IPTV Provider. Portal 1 Name can be anything

Step 5. Once the Portal URL is changed > Go back to system settings > and click ok there and then Hit Confirm

Then Enjoy the service!
